Choosing the right RynoWorx Crack Fill Melter Applicator For Your Crack Sealing Job
When determining the best Crack Fill Melter Applicator the most important factor is the volume of crack seal work you will be doing. The RY10MA Base & Ergo models are intended for home owners with asphalt driveways or contractors doing a small volume of work. If you are doing multiple jobs or larger jobs, you will want to think about purchasing the RY10MA Pro Melter Applicator or the Elite. You will quickly earn back the additional up-front cost with increased efficiency, and ease of use. As you can see from the feature chart below the volume of crack fill work you can do with the Pro and Elite versions is much higher.
Productivity is probably the most important consideration, however ease of use, and safety are important to consider. The base and ergo units both are equipped with flame torch heating, and the pro and elite have sealed burner units which virtually eliminates flame outs from windy conditions, and has a flame out sensor for added protection. They also are equipped with double front castors which makes the machine easier to maneuver.

Choosing The Right Crack Fill Melter Kettle
Similarly to the melter / applicator units, productivity, volume of work, ease of use and safety are key considerations when choosing a RynoWorx Melter Kettle.
A 10 Gallon Melter is great for small jobs, and is easy to transport. It comes in both standard and pro models. When you upgrade to the pro version you get a sealed burner so you do not have to deal with flame outs, and upto 50% faster melting, and it is 50% more efficient costing you less in fuel.
The 30 Gallon Melter is better suited for larger jobs, and also comes in base and pro models. The upgrades for this size are the same as the 10 gallon units. Production and efficiency are greatly increased from the base to the pro model ultimately saving you time and making you more money.
