Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible, unused items.
All returns must receive prior approval before being sent back to us. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect item was shipped by our team.
Once any equipment or product has been used, it is not eligible for return or refund. If an item arrives with missing components or experiences an issue during normal use, we will provide support by supplying replacement parts or arranging service.
Refunds will only be considered when a manufacturing defect is confirmed. In eligible cases, we will either repair the item or refund the original purchase price. All items must be returned to our facility for inspection before a refund can be issued. Products that have been modified, altered, or used in ways not intended by the manufacturer cannot be returned.

Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by product; please refer to each product page for specific warranty information. Any modifications, alterations, or misuse of equipment—including use outside the instructions provided in the owner’s manual—will void the warranty. We strongly recommend reviewing all operating instructions before using any equipment.
Pump Warranty Conditions
Our spray system pumps must be operated with the correct sealer and adequate lubrication. Damage caused by running a pump dry is not covered under warranty. Pump seals rely on the continued flow of asphalt sealer for cooling and lubrication; if the pump runs dry, even briefly, heat buildup can cause seal failure. This is similar to running a vehicle engine without oil or coolant—damage caused by improper use is not considered a manufacturer defect.
Restrictions on Sand and Sealer Types
Introducing sand into any pump will accelerate wear and void the warranty. Our centrifugal pumps are not designed for use with sand; using sand will damage seals and create long-term motor or engine issues.
Only water-based refined Coal Tar Emulsion sealers (without additives) are compatible with these pumps. Using asphalt emulsion, oil-based sealers, or any unapproved sealer type may cause internal damage and is not covered under warranty.
