Shipping Policy

We do our best to keep stock on most of our product at all times. With current supply chain issues that may not always be possible. If we receive an order for a product we do not have in stock we will contact you to let you know of any expected delays. 

We currently do not sell online outside of Canada on our website, however we do manual quotes to ship internationally. If you are from outside of Canada and would like to order please contact us directly and we can get a shipping quote for you. 

We ship via Purolator for all packages up to 150 lbs. For those orders products usually arrive within 5-10 days. For all products over 150lbs it would be considered a freight order, and could take 7-14 days for delivery. 

These are our best estimates for shipping times, however sometimes for reasons beyond our control the shipping companies may experience delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of delays should they occur.

Our shipping costs are calculated for based on delivery addresses that are businesses. It is expected that the business can handle offloading of larger freight items. Should a power tailgate be required, our shipping companies charge an additional $75 +

Should you be in a remote area where our shipping companies do not deliver we will do our best to find quotes to get your order to you. We reserve the right to pass along any additional shipping costs, or refund your order should shipping be too expensive or unavailable. 

Quotes are automated and for delivery to businesses only. Shipping companies sometimes charge additional fees to ship to residential addresses.

Damaged Freight Policy

It is your responsibility to check the freight for damage before the truck leaves your delivery spot and have the truck driver notate the bill of lading about the damage. YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE DAMAGE.
