The Marathon KERA370BRE is the flagship of Marathon’s KERA crack trailer lineup, a 370-gallon oil-jacketed melting kettle engineered for the highest production crack sealing. This is the machine for large contractors, public works departments, and airport maintenance teams that need to seal the most pavement per shift with the fewest interruptions for refilling. With a 370-gallon vat (1,400 L), it holds more than double the material of the entry-level 180, which directly translates into longer sealing runs on highways, arterial roads, and large campus or airfield pavements.
To carry that larger material load safely, the KERA370BRE steps up from the rest of the line. It rides on a tandem axle rated for 14,000 lbs (6,350 kg) and four 235/85/R16 tires, a heavier suspension and larger tire package than the 180 and 270 models. It is also the tallest KERA crack trailer at 91 inches, with a 57-inch loading height, reflecting the increased vat volume.
As a fully self-contained applicator, the KERA370BRE heats, melts, and applies hot poured rubberized crack sealant through its electrically heated hose and wand, with no separate pour pot or applicator required. For high-volume operations, keeping the entire sealing process on one machine reduces equipment count and keeps large crews moving. A Digital Automatic Temperature Control System governs both heat transfer oil and sealant temperature, which is critical on a batch this size, since holding even temperature across 370 gallons is what protects application quality through a long production day.
The oil-jacketed vat and ceramic fibre insulation deliver even indirect heat and minimize heat loss so the single 340,000 BTU diesel burner works efficiently to hold a large charge at temperature. A 23 hp liquid-cooled, electric-start Kohler diesel engine drives the burner and pump, while a 3,000W onboard generator heats the hose and provides 120 VAC site power. A 120V 1,500W overnight heater and recirculation port keep daily start-up quick even on the largest unit.
Built for continuous commercial and government service, the KERA370BRE uses minimum 10-gauge steel, fully welded, on heavy 6-inch channel with gusseting for strength and safety. Reverse-loading anti-splash curbside doors, an operator alert horn, and an on-demand pumping system support safe, sustained high-output sealing.

For Canadian contractors bidding highway and municipal crack sealing contracts, and for airport and public works crews maintaining large pavement inventories, the KERA370BRE delivers the capacity and durability those jobs demand in a single crack trailer. Roadly supplies and supports the KERA370BRE across Canada.
