The Nuvo PL1 builds on everything that made the Elastoflex 650 DF a go-to product for Canadian contractors and pushes performance further in the areas that matter most in cold climates:

• Proven flexibility at -29°C — Passes ASTM D3111 flexibility testing at −20°F on a 25mm mandrel. When temperatures plunge this winter, the seal won’t crack.
• 500% minimum tensile adhesion — The cured sealant stretches with pavement movement and snaps back without losing bond. This is what keeps the repair intact through freeze-thaw cycles, not just for one season but year after year.
• Self-leveling, quick-setting — Pour it in and walk. The Nuvo PL1 levels itself in the crack profile without manual spreading, and the fast-set formulation minimizes tracking risk so traffic can return sooner.
• Firm in summer heat — A softening point of 96°C (205°F) minimum means it won’t bleed or track on hot asphalt in July. You get cold flexibility and heat resistance in the same product.
