Wire Wafers — Wire wafers are constructed of .038″ diameter high-quality carbon steel spring wire with a minimum tensile strength of 235,000 psi. 165.22.183.63 This makes them the right tool for hardpack applications — cutting through compacted clay, packed gravel, dried mud, and asphalt residue where poly bristles alone won’t provide enough aggressive cutting action.
Poly/Wire Combination Wafers — For operators who need both sweeping and cutting action in a single pass, the combination configuration interleaves poly and wire bristles to deliver simultaneous surface agitation and debris transfer.
