Line painting machines vary in features and price, but focusing on the cheapest price and machine can work against you. If you do not consider efficiency you can find yourself with a machine that does the job, but you will find yourself wanting to upgrade quickly.
Units with better pumps and motors can increase the number of lines you are able to paint / hr. which when you are doing multiple jobs per day can make a big difference in your profit margins.
Additionally units with 2 guns can make life easier. Having a dedicated gun for line work, and one for hand spraying stencils is much more convenient, and can save you time. A second gun can also save you time for wider or dual lines which means less passes, and less time spent. It should be noted that some line painters come with 2 guns, and some come with one but a second one can be added on.
Any of the units we carry can do the job, but when making your choice it should come down to efficiency and not necessarily the cheapest unit. If you are not doing very many jobs / year, or time is not really a factor, then sure go for the base model, and you will likely be very happy with your purchase. However if you are planning on doing either a large volume of jobs or bigger projects, you will make back the extra upfront costs quickly with the time you save being more efficient. After that it’s all money in the bank.
We only stock Titan Line Painting Machines arguably the best brand on the market, so whatever unit is right for you, you can rest assured it will be a quality one that will last.
